Shipping And Return Policy

 

**Legging Army is NOT responsible for LOSS, THEFT, or RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT address entries. Legging Army cannot refund shipping costs due to USPS delays. If you'd like to add the insurance to your order you can purchase the priority shipping and insurance is included.**

**ALL HOLIDAY PRINTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.**

 

 

Shipping Processing Times:

 Our typical processing times are 3-10 Business days (This does not include weekends). We are closed on the weekends. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, the day count for your order does not start until the next business day.

 **Please note that holiday peak seasons, sales, and product launch days, which produce extremely high order volumes, and can cause shipping delays**

 ***If you need your order by a specific date, we would advise you to pay Priority Shipping as that will allow your package to skip the line and will be among be the first of the orders to go out that day.***

 

All of our orders ship from Southern California. We have a full warehouse shipping team in place to give you the best shipping times. We are currently using the United States Postal Service as our shipping provider.

 

 

Domestic: Free Shipping on all orders

Orders under 1 lb ships USPS First class mail, 1-3* day delivery time from the time it leaves the warehouse.
Orders over 1 lb ships USPS Priority 1-2* day delivery time from the time it leaves the warehouse.

You can also choose your own shipping options. If you need a rush order or over-night you can select the proper option during check out.

*Does not include warehouse processing time.We do not offer refunds on paid shipping costs if an order is delayed by USPS.

Under 1 lb ships USPS First class mail, 7-14* day delivery time
Over 1 lb ships USPS Priority mail, 6-10* day delivery time
You can also choose your own shipping options. If you need a rush order or over-night you can select the proper option during check out.

Please familiarize yourself with extra charges or border customs fees when placing international orders. Legging Army is not responsible for the extra fees. If an error message appears during checkout, we are unable to ship to the desired location.

RETURNS:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase here at Legging Army! If you are not satisfied you can return the items to us with the tags attached. We have a 14-day cash refund. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on the item(s) being returned/exchanged. Please mail your return to the address below.

*Please note that we will only accept returns/exchanges on items that are in New Original Condition. The items cannot be worn or washed. They also need to have the original Legging Army tag still attached to the product.

*WE CHARGE A $3.50 RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ORDERS. THE RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.*

WE WILL DENY ANY RETURNED ITEM, NEW, DAMAGED, WORN, ETC.... IF THE ITEM HAS PET HAIR, A CIGARETTE OR PERFUME SMELL, OR EXPOSED SEAMS. YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING SO WE CAN SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU OR WE WILL DISCARD THE ITEM(S).


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

PROCESSING MAY TAKE 1-3 WEEKS.

**TAG REMOVAL VOIDS ANY WARRANTY**

If you receive a damaged or defective items please follow the steps below:

Please email shipping@leggingarmy.com if you receive a damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product. Include your name, order #, photos of the damage, photos of the tag still attached to the legging and any supporting documentation that you have to your request. Please remember, any missing information can delay the return process, thank you!
